How it works …
Allowing us to present the GetAhead offer at your school is simple and easy and only takes 10 days! We supply everything – from brochures to prizes. All you need to supply is a bit of enthusiasm and an organiser who is keen to make a success of the project at your school.
The process is simple …
1. The Application
Apply to run a project at your school by calling us or simply complete the online application form.
2. The Covering Letter
We supply you with an electronic copy of a letter addressed to the parents to tell them about GetAhead and the GetAhead School Project. You print this letter on a school letterhead for each child (or each family).
3. The Brochure
We supply GetAhead brochures with order forms for each of your learners to take home. The brochure will explain to the parents exactly what GetAhead is and how it can help their children. One brochure and covering letter is handed out to each child.
4. The Poster
Each class receives an interactive poster to stick up on the wall. It’ll remind the children (and teacher) about the project and encourage them to bring back their order forms. It also tells them about the great prizes on offer.
We also supply a poster to put up in the staffroom. This poster helps your teachers keep track of how close they are to their rewards.
5. The Reminder Flyers
We supply reminder flyers that get handed to the children on day 6 of the project. This is a simple reminder to the parents to let them know that they only have 4 days left to place their order.
6. The Collection of Order Forms
It takes each class teacher only 1 minute each day for 10 days to collect the order forms from children in their class. The teacher then passes these order forms onto the project organiser at your school.
7. The Delivery
Once we’ve received all the order forms from your organiser, we immediately send the GetAhead products ordered by courier.
